The no knock lock kit fits all doors….both single door as well as the double doors. One kit is made for one bar. All have the same security with one exception for the single door which can be attached to one of the pins for storage using the Z bracket and swings away from the door to the side therefore to keep handy when needed to lock it in a hurry. To lock quickly just swing the no knock pin back out to the front with the bar and swing the bar up and into the other pin. See installation.

Easily install the No Knock Pin in about 20 minutes to secure single or double doors with a sturdy 2×4 locking bar. Works with most hinge types, requires simple tools, and allows locking or unlocking in seconds.
- Identify hinge type — Works with most regular or non-removable pins (except RP/rivet pins).
- Remove existing hinge pin — Use the included 6D nail to tap it out; loosen the set screw first for non-removable pins.
- Install the No Knock Pin — Push the 4-inch leg into the barrel, leaving the black cover on top.
- Double door setup — Install pins on both doors, place the 2x4 bar across, and swing pins inward to lock.
- Single door setup — Install one pin, attach the provided hinge and Z bracket to the opposite frame, and position for proper door closure.
- Add the 2x4 bar — Cut to size (2 inches past trim on each side), hang on pins, and swing into place to lock in seconds.

- Install the No Knock Pin — Push the 4-inch leg into the barrel, leaving the black cover on top.
- Double door setup — After installing our hinge pins in both door's hinges and take the 2x4 wooden bar (not included) and lay it flat across the top flat section of the hinge pins and tighten by swinging the pins inward toward the middle of the doors.
- Single door setup — Replace the door's middle hinge pin with our pin, and install our special hinge horizontally across from that hinge, in the gap between the door and the door frame, using four screws into the frame. The leaf of the hinge with a bend should be placed against the door frame, with the barrel bent away from the door. Use the included countersink screws. Then, tap out the hinge pin from that hinge and replace it with our no-knock hinge pin. Next, place a 2x4 wooden bar (not included) flat across the two no-knock pins, and locate the spot at the end on the bottom of the bar to attach the Z bracket. The Z bracket should be screwed to the bottom of the bar, allowing the hinge pin to sit between the wooden bar and the bracket so it can hang beside the door on the pin when not in use. Add the 2x4 bar

frame should measures 2 1⁄2 inches on both side more than the door for a total
of 41 inches, you’ll need a bar that is 44 inches long. Most home improvement
